Warranty Conditions
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. The warranty period starts from the date the product is delivered to the consumer and is determined according to the Warranty Certificate Regulation numbered 29029 issued by the Ministry of Customs and Trade and Law No. 6502.

To ensure warranty conditions are valid, you must inspect the product upon delivery by the courier. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and record it in a delivery report. Any modifications made to the product, deformation, or alteration of the original design will void the warranty.

Product Return Conditions
If the product purchased from our website is defective, you must contact us through the online support section of our website within 14 days from the delivery date. Following this, the defective product must be sent to us via the courier company, and it will be replaced with a new one.

If the defect in the ordered product arises from customer use, or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Conditions for product return and exchange are applied in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
