Your orders will be shipped within 7 business days (Monday–Friday) after bank approval. In case of any issue originating from our side, you will be notified using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership details are complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on holidays or public festive days.

All products you select will be delivered to you with a guarantee by our contracted courier companies. The products you purchase will be confirmed to you via a confirmation email. If any of the selected products are out of stock, an email will be sent to you regarding the situation, and the date when the product will next be available in stock will be communicated.

borasco.net is an online shopping platform that allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. In rare cases, it is possible for multiple consumers to order the same product, which may result in the product running out of stock. In such cases:

  • If the product you paid for online is no longer in stock, there will be a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days.
  • If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within this period, the payment made will be refunded.
