Ozone Hygiene Cabinet OSC-5

OSC Series – Ozone Hygiene Cabinets

The Borasco OSC Series consists of cabinets that provide a controlled ozone cycle for the hygiene of professional kitchen equipment. Thanks to the digital control panel that supports HACCP processes, you can choose from 5 different programs (P1–P5) based on the load amount and track the remaining time on the panel.

The circulation system inside the cabinet ensures that air and ozone are distributed homogeneously to every shelf. At the end of the cycle, the cabinet is automatically evacuated for 5 minutes through an activated carbon filter. When the door is opened, ozone production and the fans stop, and the active program is cancelled. The door safety switch supports safe operation.
