BORASCO AeroPure Ecological Hoods, developed to effectively control grease vapor, smoke, and odors generated in commercial kitchens, standard fresh air supply is a professional ventilation system. It combines high hygiene, energy efficiency, and safety for hotels, restaurants, hospitals, catering facilities, and industrial kitchens.

The system is designed based on high-efficiency multi-stage grease filtration technology, OXYTEC UV-C air purification principles and optimized air management. While grease particles are effectively separated during the first filtration stage, UV-C technology contributes to the reduction of organic pollutants and odor formation in the air. This aims to keep exhaust ducts cleaner, extend maintenance intervals, and reduce operating costs.

High-Efficiency Filtration Technology

The high-efficiency grease filtration system used in BORASCO Ecological Hoods is developed for professional kitchen applications and offers high grease separation performance with low pressure drop. Thanks to its labyrinth-type and multi-layered filtration structure, it helps to effectively capture grease droplets.

• DIN 18869-5 Type A selected by taking performance criteria into account.
• EN 16282-8 suitable for use in applications compatible with commercial kitchen ventilation systems.
• VDI 2052 features a structure that supports kitchen ventilation design principles.

• Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Can be washed at high temperatures in industrial dishwashers.

Fresh Air Supply System

Offered as standard supply air system improves staff comfort by providing controlled air to the kitchen environment and contributes to maintaining the hood's capture efficiency. Thanks to balanced airflow, the spread of smoke and steam generated during cooking into the workspace is significantly reduced.

Design Compliant with International Standards

BORASCO Modular Ecological Hoods are designed by taking into account international engineering criteria for commercial kitchen ventilation systems. The filtration system used DIN 18869, EN 16282 and VDI 2052has been selected based on performance criteria compliant with these standards, and together with OXYTEC UV-C air purification principles, it aims to provide maximum hygiene, safety, and long-lasting operational performance.
